Chapter 01

Dashboards and operational platforms

Roles, permissions, plans, usage and history: the product your customers serve themselves in, or the system your own team runs on.

A proxy platform where customers choose residential or mobile IPs, target by country and ISP, generate credentials, and track usage against their plan.

Product design · Frontend engineering

The challenge

Proxy setup brings a lot of technical decisions into one flow: network type, location, ISP, session behaviour, credentials, plans, and usage. Customers needed to configure and monitor connections without depending on support, while the internal team still needed clear account and subscription controls.

What we did

Product and frontend for the customer dashboard and the internal admin: proxy profiles, country and ISP targeting, session rules, credential generation, plans and usage.

anyIP now has a self-service path from choosing a plan to creating and monitoring proxy connections, backed by an admin surface for profiles, teams, subscriptions, payments, whitelisted IPs, and support operations.

anyIP · in their words

“We’ve been working with Codisar for a few years now at anyIP. We run a mobile and residential proxy business, so a lot of what we build needs to be reliable, fast, and well thought through.

Codisar has helped us on many different projects, both backend and frontend, and they also handled the full product development of some of our tools. I originally wanted to work with them because I could see that Mohamed was a very strong developer, but over time what stood out even more was the way they take ownership.

They don’t feel like an outside agency where you constantly need to follow up, remind people, or explain the same thing over and over. They are responsive, proactive, and they usually understand quite quickly what we are trying to achieve. When something is unclear, they ask good questions instead of just guessing.

The quality of the work has been consistently high. They pay attention to detail, consider edge cases, and deliver work we can use in production without having to redo everything afterward.

For me, the biggest thing is trust. When you are building a company, you need people who care about the outcome and not just about finishing a task. That’s how Codisar has felt for us. I would happily recommend them to other founders who need a reliable technical partner.”

anyIP · in their words

“We have been working with Mohammad Orabi for over two years, and it has truly been a great experience.

Mohammad has developed many tools for us, and every time, he has delivered work that is fast, reliable, and above our expectations. He is highly competent and professional, and always takes the time to understand our needs before building the right solution.

What we appreciate most is not only the quality of his technical work, but also the way he works with people. Mohammad is a really kind and respectful person. He respects timelines, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the final result is excellent.

It is rare to find someone who combines strong technical skills with such a positive attitude and professionalism. We are very grateful for his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy freelancer.”

for Codisar

Modern ERP

Read the case study

A linear-styled ERP that handles intake, hiring, contract management, finance, and project tracking in one place.

Product design · Full-stack development · Workflow automation

The challenge

Agency operations span lead intake, client records, hiring, project delivery, contracts, proposals, and finance. Keeping those workflows in separate tools makes the same information harder to follow across the team.

What we did

Our own operating system, built to run the agency: intake, hiring, contracts, finance, and delivery tracking in one place.

Codisar can move work through one connected internal system, with shared operational context across sales, hiring, delivery, contracts, and finance.

Chapter 02

Marketplaces and two-sided platforms

Two sides that both have to be happy, subscriptions and fees in the middle, and search that puts the right people first.

for Creative Database

Creative Database

Read the case study

A freelancing platform for creatives where clients and talent connect through curated searches, messaging, and contracts.

Research and product strategy · Product design · Full-stack development

The challenge

Clients needed to discover specialists, compare portfolios and availability, organise shortlists, communicate, and formalise work. Creative professionals needed an equally complete side of the marketplace for profiles, media, references, billing, and contracts.

What we did

Built from zero: research, product model, design, and the full-stack build, with curated search, messaging, contracts, and subscriptions on both sides.

Creative Database carries the working relationship through one platform, from discovery and shortlisting to conversation, contracting, and ongoing team access.

Creative Database · in their words

“Codisar has been absolute stars when i came to building and understanding our product. Always on call, always ready to do great work, inquisitive and fast without compromising quality.”

John Petersson

CEO, Creative Database

Creative Database · in their words

“Codisar are great! They are a very competent team of designers and developers. Hard workers and good characters. We received a lot of value early on in our startup with quick turnarounds and the ability to test out ideas. As we enter a more mature stage in Creative Database, we are looking forward to further develop our relationship within tech, creativity and business together.

Short answer: highly recommended!”

Chapter 03

Rewards and engagement products

Identity, balances, tasks, leaderboards and payouts: mechanics that only work while every number is exactly right.

for PlayEmber

ConsumerFi

Read the case study

An AI-driven DeFi platform with unified identity, gamified tasks, and leaderboards to earn and save crypto.

Product design · Full-stack development

The challenge

Web3 identity, wallets, airdrop eligibility, quests, referrals, rewards, and market activities usually live in separate experiences. ConsumerFi needed to turn that fragmented participation into one understandable progression system.

What we did

Design and full-stack build alongside their team: unified identity, gamified tasks, leaderboards, and the rewards behind them.

ConsumerFi turns separate on-chain and community activities into one gamified loop where users can discover tasks, earn credits and rewards, and understand their progress and rank.

for PlayEmber

Kinsu

Read the case study

Crypto savings with staking rewards, daily prize draws, and an all-in-one portfolio dashboard.

Product design · Full-stack development

The challenge

Crypto saving often spreads the experience across wallets, swaps, staking positions, rewards, and portfolio tracking. Kinsu needed to bring those actions into a product that felt understandable and rewarding for everyday users.

What we did

Design and full-stack build alongside their team: savings, staking rewards, daily prize draws, and one dashboard for the whole portfolio.

Kinsu gives users one place to save, track yield and portfolio value, earn points, and take part in daily rewards without moving between disconnected products.

Chapter 04

Marketing websites

Positioning, story, motion and conversion paths: focused sites that make the product clear and move the right audience to act.

for Kirat S.A.L.

Kirat

Read the case study

A dark, conversion-focused marketing website for Kirat’s mobile platform, making 18K gold saving, gifting, and jewelry redemption easy to understand.

Marketing website design · Framer development

The challenge

Kirat turns a financial product—buying and accumulating 18K gold by the gram—into a new consumer habit. The website had to explain trust, pricing, partner redemption, gifting, and app access without making the journey feel technical or intimidating.

What we did

Marketing website design and Framer implementation: structure, responsive layouts, product storytelling, interaction, and launch-ready landing-page delivery.

Kirat now has one clear marketing destination that communicates the product in a single scroll and directs customers toward the app while giving jewelry partners their own entry point.
