“Codisar has been absolute stars when i came to building and understanding our product. Always on call, always ready to do great work, inquisitive and fast without compromising quality.”

John Petersson

CEO, Creative Database

“Codisar are great! They are a very competent team of designers and developers. Hard workers and good characters. We received a lot of value early on in our startup with quick turnarounds and the ability to test out ideas. As we enter a more mature stage in Creative Database, we are looking forward to further develop our relationship within tech, creativity and business together.

Short answer: highly recommended!”

“We’ve been working with Codisar for a few years now at anyIP. We run a mobile and residential proxy business, so a lot of what we build needs to be reliable, fast, and well thought through.

Codisar has helped us on many different projects, both backend and frontend, and they also handled the full product development of some of our tools. I originally wanted to work with them because I could see that Mohamed was a very strong developer, but over time what stood out even more was the way they take ownership.

They don’t feel like an outside agency where you constantly need to follow up, remind people, or explain the same thing over and over. They are responsive, proactive, and they usually understand quite quickly what we are trying to achieve. When something is unclear, they ask good questions instead of just guessing.

The quality of the work has been consistently high. They pay attention to detail, consider edge cases, and deliver work we can use in production without having to redo everything afterward.

For me, the biggest thing is trust. When you are building a company, you need people who care about the outcome and not just about finishing a task. That’s how Codisar has felt for us. I would happily recommend them to other founders who need a reliable technical partner.”

Khaled Bentoumi

Co-founder & Operations, anyIP

“We have been working with Mohammad Orabi for over two years, and it has truly been a great experience.

Mohammad has developed many tools for us, and every time, he has delivered work that is fast, reliable, and above our expectations. He is highly competent and professional, and always takes the time to understand our needs before building the right solution.

What we appreciate most is not only the quality of his technical work, but also the way he works with people. Mohammad is a really kind and respectful person. He respects timelines, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the final result is excellent.

It is rare to find someone who combines strong technical skills with such a positive attitude and professionalism. We are very grateful for his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy freelancer.”

Questions

What founders ask us.

01Can you take an idea and build the whole product?

Yes, that's most of our work. We start with research and planning: what the product needs to do, which features are feasible, and which external providers or integrations are needed to fulfill the business requirements. Then we design it, build it in weekly iterations you can see, and launch it to production: frontend, backend, and infrastructure. After launch we add tracking, keep improving it, and suggest the features we think make sense next.

02What kind of software do you build?

Marketplaces and two-sided platforms. Customer dashboards and operational platforms. Rewards and engagement products. Custom commerce and storefronts, including Shopify. ERPs, CRMs, and the internal tools a business runs on. Booking and subscription products. Customer portals, and products built around integrations, automations, and multi-step workflows. If it's a SaaS product, a web app, or an internal tool, we can almost certainly build it. And if your product doesn't fit a neat category, that's normal. Most don't.

03Do you only build from scratch, or also join existing products?

Both. Some products we design and build end to end: research, product model, design, frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with design and frontend led by the founders themselves. Other times we start from what already exists and rebuild the parts that hold the product back. And with some clients we build as one team with their engineers. The partnership works the same in all three shapes.

04Can you take over an existing product or codebase?

Yes. We audit what exists, keep what's good, and rebuild what isn't, without stopping the product. Some of our longest client relationships started exactly this way: a working backend, aging user-facing surfaces, and everything rebuilt piece by piece while the business kept running.

05How does working with you work?

Most of our clients work with us on a monthly partnership. You don't buy hours, you reserve a team that gets to know your product and your business better every week. We allocate whatever the product needs: design one week, backend the next, infrastructure and DevOps when launch needs it. We don't nickel-and-dime hours, and if something needs to be finished, we finish it. You're always in sync: a weekly call, a weekly progress report, and chat with us six days a week. Change tiers or stop with two weeks notice, and everything is yours either way. For well-defined builds, we also take fixed-price projects.

06How fast can we start, and how long until a first version?

We can usually start within a few weeks. The first month is planning, research, and design. During the second month you start seeing the real product working. By the third month there's usually a first version ready for real users.

07What happens after launch?

We stay. Launch is the middle of the engagement, not the end: we track how the product is used, fix what the data exposes, and keep shipping improvements and features week by week. For stable products that just need care, there's a lighter support arrangement.

08Do you build AI features?

Yes, where they earn their place: assistants inside products, AI integrated into workflows, and features where AI quietly does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. We treat AI as a feature that must work every time, not a demo.

09Who owns the code, and can we leave?

You own everything: code, design, infrastructure, accounts. Our contracts let clients leave anytime with two weeks notice, and we hand over cleanly. We'd rather keep clients by being good than by locking them in.

010What technologies do you use?

TypeScript end to end. React and React Router on the frontend, Node and PostgreSQL on the backend, and infrastructure that fits the product rather than the trend. We pick technology that will still be a good decision in five years, and we don't experiment on your product.
